Annapurna Circuit Trekking This is a classic walking holiday, often ranked as one of the top ten treks in the world in different travel surveys.

Annapurna circuit trek is the longest trek in Annapurna region and circles entire Annapurna massif during its course.Starting from the lowland farms and foot hills it reaches alpine meadows and crosses classic Thorung La pass to take us to the arid Tibet like land on the other slope of the Himalaya, to Mustang. This gives the trekker a rare oppurtunity to experience a great variety of landscapes, cultures , people and flora and fauna in a single walk . And the spectacular mountain views from many view points along the trail are simply superb.

The Annapurna circuit trek, often called as "Around Annapurna trek" starts at Benshisahar . Walking along the valley of Marshyangdi river the trek passes through hill villages and forests. On the fourth day we reach exotic Manang village at 3500m. Manang is famous for it exotic Buddhist culture, great himalayan view and old monsteries. This Buddhist village with its monasteries hanging on cliff faces and great mountain views attracts  everyone. Walking slowly and acclimatizing carefully  we cross the famous Thorung La pass at 5416m on the tenth day of our  trek and reach Muktinath the same day. Muktinath is popular hindu and Buddhist  pilgrimmage site on the high maountain. We descend through exotic Jharkot and ancient Tibetan town of Kagbeni before we reach the dramatic Kaligandaki gorge , the deepest on the world. The trek then passes through  beautiful hill villages of Marpha and Tukche.Along the route the towering Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountains continue to feast our eyes. Walking further down along ancient trade route to Tibet, we enjoy hot spring in Tatopani and climb the Poon Hill for great views of the Himalayas once more.

We use the mountain lodges called tea houses for the for sleeping and taking our food. Our porters will carry your luggages, you will carry just a light daypack containing the essentials for the day.The average walking hour is 5-6 hours per day.
